Love has casualties,
Love has way too many wounds.
I can't tell you the secret,
To having a perfect love.
I can't tell you what to do,
Or how to fix it.
But I can tell you,
Neither of you come out alive.
I can tell you that love is fickle,
Love is jealous,
Love is selfish,
Love is fragile.
I can tell you,
Be prepared.
Be careful,
For love is scary.
Even though love is scary,
You must try it.
Sometimes you come out together,
Fragile and all.
It can be worth it,
I must tell all.
